We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain infrastructure that supports continuous integration and deployment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for automating, monitoring, and improving the deployment pipeline, ensuring system reliability and scalability. You will work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between software development and IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage scalable, automated deployment pipelines.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor application performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement and manage CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to understand system requirements and ensure efficient deployments.
- Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Develop and implement system monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production systems.
Required Skills / Software
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Expertise in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
Collaboration Skills:
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and IT staff.
- Ability to collaborate in an agile, fast-paced development environment.
- Ability to mentor team members in DevOps best practices and infrastructure management.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
- Experience with serverless architecture.
